What You Need To know For Your Visit
We understand each of our clients and our staff will have a personal preference regarding mask use. If you prefer to wear one, you are welcome to do so. You may see some of our staff wearing masks, and some not.
Our stringent cleaning protocols will remain the same.
Please call ahead and speak to our friendly staff if you have any questions or concerns.

- Do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes to your appointment.
- Be mindful of other guests and respect each other's personal space while in the common areas of the facility.
- Stay home if you are sick. Give us a call and reschedule your appointment if you are exhibiting symptoms of any illness and/or are feeling unwell. We strive to continue to be mindful of everyone's health.

Additional Reminder
PLEASE KEEP YOUR EARPLUGS AFTER YOUR FIRST FLOAT AND REMEMBER TO BRING THEM TO YOUR NEXT FLOAT APPOINTMENT. THE FIRST PAIR IS COMPLEMENTARY, AFTER THAT ADDITIONAL PAIRS ARE AVAILABLE FOR A SMALL REPLACEMENT FEE.
If this is your first visit or the first time doing a new service, please remember to complete your Intake Form prior to coming to your appointment. We are unable to start a service until the form(s) are completed.
Once you have completed the form(s), we do not need you to complete them again for returning visits, unless something changes in your information.
